This week's #edchatters discussed the advantages and pitfalls of evaluating educator's based on standardized test scores. Here is an overview of the pros and cons in an infographic.

Some of my biggest points of agreement and takaways were that politics should not play into student or teacher assessment. We must redefine education before we can define good teaching and learning. Evaluation should encourage and improve practice; it should not be something to fear.
